We provide all our new clients with a free 15 minute consultation, which gives us the opportunity to learn about you and your family law matter. If you decide to continue using us after this phone call, we will have information sent to you and get started on your Initial Consultation with one of our experienced family lawyers.
Our Initial Consultation is where you will meet with a Brisbane family lawyer from our firm to discuss how we can resolve your family law matter. In this meeting, our lawyer will discuss with you how family law works, the possible pitfalls you may encounter and will provide you with a case plan to resolve your family law matter.
What to Expect?
The Initial Consultation is a confidential meeting with one of our experienced Brisbane family lawyers. The purpose of the meeting is to learn about you and your family law matter and to provide you with effective, practical advice, tailored to your particular needs. We will also provide you with a case plan setting out options to assist you to resolve your family law issues and get on with life!
Prior to our meeting with you, we will send you documents which will help us know more information about you and your family law matter so that we can focus on the legal issues and our advice to you in the meeting.
Following the meeting, we will confirm the case plan and provide you with information concerning our fees, including fixed fee options.

We recommend that you call our Brisbane family lawyers and obtain your free 15-minute phone consultation. You can then book a fixed fee initial consultation if you wish to do so.
If you’re located anywhere in Brisbane, you can visit our office in the Grange which has free nearby parking or our office in Brisbane CBD, located at Level 22, 127 Creek Street, Brisbane CBD. Please just tell us in which office you would like to have the initial consultation.
We can also arrange for an initial consultation over the phone or by skype if you prefer.
